Free Verse Poem about Change
Change… not the way the wind moves directions
Not the way cows move from the pasture to the field.
Not the way the rain pours down.
The change that makes the ocean sway.
The change that makes you feel that special way.
The change you feel when you lose someone you love is like there’s a missing piece of the puzzle.
That deep connection you had is lost, it’s … change.
Change, it can be scary but it can be wonderful like a bud blooming into a flower.
Change, it … makes you feel
Change can be extremely hard it may have giant obstacles to overcome but you can always get over them no matter what… if you believe.
Here is our SBLM Debating team – Poppy, Charli, Evannah, Sophie and Willow! Congratulations to each of these girls who have grown in their skills to work as a team competing against mainly Year 6 students from other Catholic schools on the Central Coast. They have come within one point of victory at times and this week, their perseverance paid off and they won their last debate of the year! Well done girls!
